What does this team do?

Within this graduate opportunity, there are two core areas. If you receive an offer for this programme, you will be allocated to one of these two teams prior to starting at Deloitte.

Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST):

In Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST), we focus on enabling our clients to be the best that they can be. We work with their most senior leaders and top-level executives to help them digitise and modernise their organisations from the ground up. We lead the transformation of the organisation itself with innovative and core technologies, helping organisations move away from IT, the department of computers, to technology as a business partner and enabler.

Our teams combine strategic thinking, advisory services, and cutting-edge technology capabilities to create a digital core that has the capability to drive new processes, improved analytics, and improved performance across the business.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

What kind of work will I do?

As a Full Time Graduate in TST, you will work on large-scale technology transformations, from the design through to implementation. As part of your role, you will be:

• Learning how to engage with clients to solve their most complex problems

• Working with individuals from our clients’ business and IT teams to understand what the problems and needs are, and transforming those into technical requirements

• Creating documents crucial to the delivery and execution of the programme, alongside materials presented back to clients

• Discovering how technologies support everything an organisation does, and which technologies work best for each part of a business

• Using firm-approved AI tools responsibly to support client delivery

• Help assess technology investments, identify opportunities to improve value, agility, efficiency, and user experience.

Throughout your time at Deloitte, you will be working with teams across our wider Technology and Transformation practice, understanding how we bring our range of technical expertise and combine them in the way that best serves our clients. 

You will have opportunities to work with experts and teams across numerous fields, getting insight into how we work with the world’s largest and most important organisations.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
