All Graduate Officers will be supported to complete either a Level 4 Project Management qualification or job-related technical training (all fully funded) as part of the programme.
Governor Support
The Governor Support Service provides comprehensive training, guidance and assistance for governors across Rhondda Cynon Taf. We are committed to supporting you in improving outcomes for children in Rhondda Cynon Taf schools by offering high-quality training, expert advice, and practical support.
Our aim is to enable you to confidently and effectively fulfil your roles and responsibilities, contributing to strong governance and sustained school improvement across the authority.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organized and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is ideally suited to someone who embraces new challenges and is eager to develop a wide range of skills. We are looking to appoint an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria
A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
