Tours Operations Assistant - Part Time Seasonal

Yellow Moon Tours is one of London's most respected private tour companies, working exclusively with five-star hotels and their guests to deliver exceptional, bespoke experiences across London and beyond.

We are looking for a part time Operations Assistant to join us for the summer season, from May through to the end of July. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real hands-on experience in the luxury tourism industry, working at the centre of a busy and creative operation.

The role is three days per week - Friday, Monday and one weekend day of your choice. Fridays and Mondays are based on our central London office, with the weekend day worked from home.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and sending detailed tour briefs to our guides and drivers ahead of each tour

• Processing room charges and credit card charges accurately and on time Helping to manage props, clues and materials for our interactive and immersive tour experiences

• Communicating professionally with our five star hotel clients by phone and email

• Providing general admin support to the operations team as needed

What we're looking for:

• A current university student or recent graduate

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines

• A confident communicator, both written and verbal

• Someone who takes pride in getting things right first time
