As a Trainee Accountant, you’ll become a valued member of our tight-knit UK and Ireland finance team, working on real projects that matter while studying for a professional qualification. Alongside gaining hands-on experience, you’ll complete your CIMA qualification, which we fully support every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship:
Your new colleagues will be an experienced group, including individuals who have completed their own apprenticeships and understand your journey firsthand. You’ll work closely with two seasoned Senior Accountants who will guide and mentor you throughout your development, as well as a Chief Accountant. This supportive team will ensure you feel welcomed, empowered, and set up for success from day one. Together, you’ll collaborate on meaningful projects that make a real impact.
Apprenticeship Highlights:
Over a 36-month apprenticeship, you’ll rotate through key finance areas, including:
- Key finance operations in both UK and Ireland, giving you a broad perspective and invaluable exposure
- Continuous development and support as you work toward becoming a CIMA-qualified professional
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience, enhancing your knowledge and skill set, setting you up for a successful future in finance.
