Programme Details
Our Year in Industry Programme is based in Cheltenham, UK at Spirax Sarco, part of our Steam Specialties Business. We have a range of 12-month placements available for you to experience a full year in:
- Engineering
- Portfolio Management
- Product, Data & Customer Experience
- Strategic Business Development
- IT Business Operations & Enablement

During the scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful work while connecting with experienced & supportive colleagues across the business. Qualifications Required
Applicants must be taking part in an agreed University placement scheme and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, full-time, for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2027 until July 2028).

Spirax Sarco and Gestra form Steam Thermal Solutions and are global leaders in the supply of engineered solutions for the design, provision, and maintenance of efficient industrial and commercial steam systems.
