Work experience

We want to ensure that in future years the Woodland Trust resonates with young people and that young people feel they have a place in the organisation. In 2023, we launched our Youth Council which has 4 key goals:

- Advocating for young people’s voices in the wider conservation sector
- Building connections on the ground
This is a unique opportunity to receive training, deepen your knowledge of conservation, create a lasting network, gain valuable personal / professional skills, all while being supported along the way and hopefully having lots of fun and creating a lasting impact!
This opportunity is open to anyone aged from 16 to 25.
