Qualify with ACCA, and gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful finance and business professional.
Who We Are
ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is a globally recognised professional accountancy body providing qualifications and advancing standards in accountancy worldwide.
We’ve long championed inclusion and today proudly support a diverse community of over 252,500 members and 526,000 future members in 180 countries. Our members are among the world's best-qualified and most highly sought-after accountants - and they work in every sector you can imagine.
The career you want. Anywhere.
A career in accountancy can take you places. To industries that excite you and countries that you love. Because finance is everywhere.
Our comprehensive qualification covers everything from business and strategy to technology and green skills, ensuring you're well-prepared and confident in your career. It's flexible, too—accountancy can open doors in fashion, politics, sports, business, and more.
The skills you gain will make you a sought-after finance professional, capable of working across teams and in strategic roles, even up to the boardroom. We offer opportunities in accountancy, consultancy, management accounting, audit, tax, data analytics, digital accounting, and more.
We work with a wide variety of employers across different sectors, including corporate, financial services, the public sector, and practice. Just a few of the employers we work with include Coca-Cola, Ikea, Johnson & Johnson, Mercedes-Benz, Deloitte, KPMG, NHS, HMRC, and the Department for Work & Pensions.
Pursuing the ACCA Qualification
The ACCA Qualification is a combination of exams, ethics, and three years of professional experience. Once completed, you’ll become an ACCA member—a strategic thinker with high ethical integrity, strong financial know-how, and the right business acumen.
Getting Started with ACCA
Our students have a variety of backgrounds and experiences. You don’t need to be good at maths or have a business or accounting degree to do the ACCA Qualification. If you don’t have a specific university degree, don’t worry—you’ll still be able to study with ACCA.
If you don't have a relevant degree you would start at the level appropriate for your degree, such as our
Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) qualification
. This will provide you with the necessary foundation to progress onto the ACCA Qualification, ensuring you're fully prepared for the journey ahead.
If you have a relevant degree, you may be able to start at a higher level and
get exemptions
from some exams in the ACCA Qualification, meaning you could fast-track your journey to membership.
