We are a farmer owned dairy cooperative that produce well known brands such as Lurpak, Anchor, Castello and Cravendale.
Who we are
As a European dairy co-operative, Arla Foods is owned and governed by over 11,000 dairy farmers. In the UK alone, we have over 2,000 dedicated farmers; these are our ‘Members’ and our most vital stakeholders! As a dynamic FMCG company, Arla Food’s purpose is to create the highest value for our Members’ milk, through making some of the world’s favourite dairy products including Arla Cravendale®, Arla Skyr®, Anchor®, Lurpak® and Castello®.
In the UK we're the number one dairy company, by milk pool, as well as being the largest supplier of both butter and spreads and cheese in the country. The business has a yearly combined milk pool of circa 3 billion litres and a turnover in excess of £2 billion.
At Arla we offer a range of graduate opportunities both globally and in the UK. Whether you’re looking for a function specific graduate scheme in the UK, or looking for a global graduate programme to explore a range of different functions, we’ve got something for you. Join Arla and we'll help you to kickstart your career and become a high-performer in a global, farmer-owned FMCG company!
