Meet Alex
It was during my second year at university that I started to give some serious thought to my career. Despite studying History, I knew I wanted it to be finance-related, so I focused on a job in the City. But after some work experience with an investment bank that was focused more on corporate law, I realised that’s where my interests were.

Meet Ollie
Before joining Baker McKenzie, I had quite a varied career. I spent time in tech, marketing, and digital strategy. I’ve even been a professional comedian, performing everywhere from New York to the Edinburgh Fringe. When I look back now, I can see how that experience helps me in my current job. It’s where I learnt to connect with people and think on my feet.
