Candidates who are shortlisted after the video interview will have a virtual interview, and then they will be invited to come along to an Assessment Centre in Hook, which will include a presentation to our senior leaders. This is a great way to meet some of the team, including old and current graduates. It will also give you a good insight into life at Constellation Automotive Group.
