1. Choose Your Program Location: Choose from our locations across Asia and Europe. Each location offers a variety of career-boosting benefits, so be sure to read through our location pages before applying.

 2. Choose Your Career Field: This is your chance to get working experience in a Career Field of your choosing. We provide 18 Career Fields across each of our program locations, made possible by our network of over 1,000 host companies. Whether you prioritise Location over Career Field or vice versa, it is your choice. Our team of experienced Admissions Advisors will strive to place you in the career field and location of your choice for one unforgettable experience. 

3. Decide Your Learning Objective: CRCC Asia has carefully designed 5 key learning objectives: Employability, Cultural Agility, Country Specific Knowledge, Career Field Knowledge & Global Connections. You need to consider which of these you wish to be the focal point of your Internship Abroad, as this will help our Admissions Advisors to recommend the optimal program based on your needs.

 4. Apply for Your Global Internship: Once you are clear on the above, submit your application form. You will then be invited to an advising call or short video assessment so we can understand your aspirations, motivations and goals before matching you with a host company.

20th Anniversary and scholarships

In 2026 CRCC Asia celebrates its 20th Anniversary. To mark this milestone we are running special campaigns, including our 20th Anniversary Scholarships and seasonal discounts on selected 2025 and 2026 intakes. Fees

Our full internship program includes guaranteed placement, housing, career support, cultural events and more. Prices now start from US$3,995, covering everything you need for a seamless and enriching international experience.

Salary

Internships are generally unpaid due to visa rules and local regulations. The main value is the experience itself. You will gain hands-on, career-boosting exposure with host companies that range from agile startups to established global firms. Some hosts may offer perks such as meal support, local transport or small stipends, but these are not guaranteed. Our priority is placing you in a role where you can learn, contribute and grow.
