Behind the scenes, we’re a truly omnichannel business, shaping the future of tech retail and finding smarter, more sustainable ways to make an impact on people and the planet. Join one of our graduate programmes and you’ll get genuine backstage access to how Currys works – with the support, exposure and opportunities you need to step into the spotlight and start making a real impact from day one.

Who we are

Backstage access for centre-stage impact.

Currys is a familiar name – but there’s a lot more going on behind it. We’re a future-focused omnichannel operation, bringing together stores, online and mobile to create the seamless experiences that help customers enjoy technology that makes lives smarter, simpler and more connected.

Tech never stands still. And neither do we. From our 24/7 ShopLive video shopping service to RepairLive, innovation is happening all the time. Behind the scenes, our operation spans the UK and Ireland, Hong Kong and the Nordics. With 19 distribution hubs, five contact centres, over 300 stores and our London campus at Waterloo, Currys is a big, complex and exciting stage – and graduates get access to every part of it.

Get ahead as a graduate.

Our Technology and Supply Chain graduate programmes are designed to take you behind the curtain and straight into the action. You’ll move beyond theory and into real-world challenges, supported by structured learning, regular coaching, one-to-ones and rotational placements across your chosen area.

Our Technology programme has three tailored opportunities: Technology; Transformation; or AI & Monetisation. So you can specialise from day one and follow a clear career path to get you to the very top of your game.

Our Supply Chain programme places you at the heart of our Home Delivery operation, working within a vast distribution network and alongside a talented team that keeps a busy world moving.

To be considered for our graduate programmes, you’ll need at least a 2:1 (or equivalent). For our Technology and AI & Monetisation schemes, this will need to be in a relevant subject.

Be part of something special.

We know our success is all down to our colleagues. We’re one team working together to create amazing experiences – for customers and each other. We value difference, encourage every voice and actively support our employee networks to build an inclusive workplace.

When you can be your best self at work, you do your best work. And that’s how we create centre-stage impact together.

Our team of c.24,000 colleagues are the people behind the brand – and the reason Currys continues to thrive. We’re united by one passion: helping everyone enjoy amazing technology. And our values shape how we work together, on stage and behind the scenes.

We put our customers first.

Technology's amazing and we're here to help everyone enjoy it. So, we don't just sell products to people, we make sure they have the knowledge and confidence to get everything they can out of them. We know that our advice, our enthusiasm and our commitment to do what's right for customers brings them joy. And it's through this energy and determination that we'll keep more customers for life.

We win together.

While there are thousands of us in hundreds of roles and positions, we're all united by the same love for technology and helping people enjoy it. We value our differences and the difference we make because that's what makes us unique. When we come together amazing things happen and we win as one.

We own it.

We all take charge of our future and we're not afraid of change. It's how we succeed. So, we find what works well and we make it work better. We share ideas to help make our customers' lives easier and we go above and beyond to help others out. Equity, diversity & inclusion

Embracing our diversity.

At Currys, inclusion and diversity aren’t initiatives – they’re part of who we are. We’re proud of the different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives our colleagues bring, and we work hard to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported and able to be themselves. From leadership forums to colleague-led networks, we’re committed to listening, learning and making meaningful progress together.

We actively support our people through inclusive policies, wellbeing initiatives and Employee Resource Groups, including networks focused on gender, ethnicity, disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion. We also recognise the importance of accessibility for our customers, with initiatives such as Quiet Hours and participation in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme helping us create more inclusive experiences for all.

By working with external partners and taking action on issues such as pay equity, Currys continues to build a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve. Because when everyone belongs, everyone can do their best work.

Wellbeing

Supporting our people.

At Currys, we're here for you, on every level. Because we're only at our best when you are too. As well as eye-care vouchers and access to on-site gyms, there are lots of opportunities to stay fit and healthy, no matter what your interest or ability. This includes charity bike rides, walking challenges and online fitness classes.

We’ve also made huge investments in Mental Health First Aid training, skilling up 1,000 colleagues to become Mental Health First Aiders and Mental Health Champions. Our Wellbeing Corner is full of resources and tips to stay well, and colleagues can also access a 24-hour confidential helpline through our Employee Assistance programme.

Personal development

Growing your impact.

This isn’t a grad programme where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll rotate through different teams, work on real projects from day one and see your ideas go live. Not in theory, in real life. Along the way you’ll get one-to-one coaching, support and mentorship from people who actually know their stuff, as well as access to leaders who want to hear what you think.

You’ll have an Individual Development Plan to set clear goals, track your progress and help build skills that matter to you. You’ll also get access to structured learning resources that are practical, relevant and designed to help you build expert knowledge, fast!

This is learning by doing. With backing. With visibility. And with the chance to grow real impact from, right from the start.

Sustainability

Building a sustainable future.

Sustainability is a core part of how we do business – and it’s about making real change for people and the planet. Our approach focuses on three big priorities: building more circular ways of working that reduce waste and extend the life of tech, helping to end digital poverty by 2030, and achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2040. From collecting millions of units of e-waste for reuse or recycling to repairing and refurbishing products at scale, we’re actively reducing environmental impact while making tech more accessible for everyone.

Our teams make sustainability tangible every day. At our Newark facility – one of Europe’s largest tech repair and refurbishment centres – more than 1,100 colleagues work on keeping nearly 3 million products out of landfill annually. We also support customers in reducing their environmental footprint through initiatives like Trade In and Cash for Trash, helping people recycle old tech easily and benefit from doing so.

Alongside resource stewardship, we’re invested in social sustainability too. Through partnerships and programmes like the Digital Poverty Alliance and Tech4Families, Currys helps bring technology and digital skills to underserved communities, putting devices in the hands of families who need them most. We’re also driving energy and emissions reductions – from renewable energy across our UK sites to sustainable fleet initiatives and smarter energy use – helping us make measurable progress toward our long-term net zero goals.
