Over the past year, we've taken the opportunity to reimagine our Early Careers programmes to better reflect the needs of today's talent and the future of our business. We're excited to welcome the next cohort of graduates and apprentices and continue providing meaningful career opportunities across DHL Supply Chain.

Why join us?
The world of work is changing, and so are our graduate programmes. Shaped by feedback from students, graduates and colleagues across our business, we've introduced five specialist pathways: Supply Chain & Logistics, Technology, Finance, HR and Project Management. Combined with real responsibility, tailored development and support from experienced colleagues, our programmes are designed to help you build the skills and experience needed for a successful career.
Community engagement
In line with our purpose: Connecting people, improving lives - Our community engagement programmes provide colleagues with the opportunity to get involved and make a positive social impact by giving their time, raising funds or donating goods. We address inequalities and barriers that affect underserved young people (11 to 25) in their access to employment.
Together with our charity partners, we build their aspirations and develop the skills they need to access decent employment and thrive in the world of work.

We're proud to have achieved Great Place To Work Certification for the second year running across DSC UK and Ireland, recognising our organisational culture.
We've also been listed in the 'Best Companies for Graduates and Apprentices to Work for' by The Job Crowd: First overall graduate employer in the Transport and Logistics sector Second overall apprentice employer in the Transport and Logistics sector.

Sustainability
Logistics is an essential driver of global trade, economic growth, and individual prosperity but it also leaves an enormous environmental footprint. At DHL, we have worked hard to set an example for sustainable business, from introducing the industry's first green product to being the first logistics company to commit to net-zero emissions. DHL Group commits to reducing greenhouse gas emissions to the lowest possible level by 2050, which aligns with the latest climate science. Any remaining unavoidable emissions will be offset through recognized permanent carbon removal and storage measures approved by SBTi.
