Digital Futures is a mission-led technology services company specialising in strategic workforce solutions.

Who we are

Our mission is to unlock potential at scale - for individuals, organisations, and society.

We have reimagined how capability is built in the age of AI, disrupting outdated workforce and education models and placing talent and ambition at our core. We work where the need is greatest and the stakes are highest, ensuring AI is deployed with purpose - driving innovation and inclusive growth.

For our people, we are building a company that matters: one where pride is a strategic asset and our collective impact is measured in enduring outcomes - opportunity created, futures transformed, advantage secured.

Our Frontier AI Programme

The Frontier AI Programme is our flagship initiative, designed to equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and mindset to build with AI. In an era where technical fluency and applied capability define competitive advantage, Frontier AI sets the standard for world-class training.

The programme combines structured learning, industry certifications, and applied project experience into a single training journey. Our approach balances technical depth with practical application, ensuring individuals not only understand AI but can deploy it in real-world contexts, and perform critical roles aligned to organisations transformation journey.

The Frontier AI programme has a four-step journey to becoming an AI and data consultant.

  • Assessment: The process begins with a three-part online assessment that includes written, mathematical, and Python challenges. This is followed by a screening interview and a final technical interview before you are offered a place at our Academy.
  • Training: You'll go through 12-weeks of free, structured training at the Digital Futures Academy, starting with foundational programming skills and moving on to specialised, domain-specific training. Training includes: AI & Data Essentials, Data Wrangling & Pipelines, Mastering Large Language Models, and Responsible AI as well as the opportunity to specialise in Engineering AI Solutions & Building Agents or AI and Analytics with Agentic Orchestration. Professional and consulting skills are integrated throughout the curriculum.
  • Certification: The training is supported by industry-aligned certifications from our tech partners like AWS, Google Cloud, and Databricks. These certifications validate your skills for a consultant role and the cost is fully covered by Digital Futures.
  • Deploy: Upon successful completion of your certification and a client interview, you'll be offered a full-time contract as a Digital Futures consultant, where you will be deployed into a high-performing team at one of the world’s leading companies. You could go into a variety of roles, including: AI Engineer, AI Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Responsible AI Lead or AI Product Manager.
