Application Process

Our Graduate recruitment is a three stage process.

Stage One

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to take an initial numerical reasoning test (NRT). Upon successful completion, you will be invited to sit a verbal reasoning test (VRT) and a critical reasoning test (CRT).

Stage Two

Candidates who successfully complete our testing stage will have an interview with one of our HR team. At the end of this meeting you will be asked to complete an additional numerical exercise.

Stage Three

Only the brightest and most talented candidates will be invited back to meet a partner/director for a second interview. At this stage you will also get the chance to meet one of the current trainees.

This is your chance to impress. If you succeed, you will be offered the opportunity to kick start your professional career with us and look forward to a bright future.

We are committed to taking positive steps to enhance our diversity and inclusion. Our diversity and inclusion mission statement is: To create and foster an open minded, accepting and meritocratic culture throughout the firm which is welcoming to all regardless of their gender, race, disability, age, family or household circumstances, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and any other personal characteristic. We have an appointed diversity and inclusion partner, Rachel Strother, who takes the lead in reviewing our recruitment, training, marketing and social events with this in mind.
