Our recruitment process
Culture and values
We're proud of our award winning 'People First' Culture. This includes Great Place to Work and Top Employer accreditation. You'll see your own inclusive values are represented in our policies, our employee network groups, our culture and our partnerships.
It goes a long way to explain why people choose to stay here for as long as they do.
We share a company-wide respect for work-life balance which is why our Early Careers roles operate on a hybrid working model meaning that our colleagues can split their time between working in the office and working at home.
We’re proud of our diverse workforce and are building a culture where we not only respect our differences and values, but celebrate them in a positive and supportive environment.
No two people are the same, and it’s our different skills, approaches and aspirations that make us stronger – both as a company and as a community.
If you chose to join to Experian, you’ll find a home. A place where you don’t have to hide and can freely be yourself.
Mission
Experian help individuals to take financial control and access financial services, businesses to make smarter decisions and thrive, lenders to lend more responsibly, and organisations to prevent identity fraud and crime.
We also work to support individuals within society. For example, Experian are piloting a new service that aims to help disabled people get easier access to essential service like banking and utilities. Our new service offers a single one-stop portal for customers to tell multiple business their needs and the support they need to access their service.
Equity, diversity & inclusion
Experian knows the incredible value of celebrating and championing inclusion for all. As such, Experian won the award for the ‘Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy' at the National Graduate Recruitment Awards 2024! It’s our mission that you see yourself represented at every level of our business. We are on a journey to ensuring that happens.
We are building a culture where everyone is comfortable bringing their whole self to work. A place where we not only respect our differences and values, but celebrate them in a positive and supportive environment. A place where you can see your own inclusive values represented in our policies, our employee network groups and our partnerships.
To support our commitment to growing our diverse workforce and connect employees, we currently have 16 Global Employee Resource Groups which encompass gender, age, ethnicity, LBGTQ+, faith, working families, mental health and more.
Supported by our senior leaders, the network leads and members work as ambassadors throughout the business to ensure inclusion remains at the heart of everything we do.
Sustainability
We are also committed to helping tackle climate change and reducing our impact on the environment. We have committed to be carbon neutral by 2030 and have set a science-based target to help us to achieve that. Find out more on our webpage.
