Modern lawyers with timeless values

Who we are

We advise individuals, families, businesses, financial services, educational and not-for-profit organisations on every aspect of the law, wherever the need arises. From our offices in London, we work with trusted professionals around the world to deliver a seamless international service.

Our clients present us with complex and varied challenges. Whether that's a complicated family trust issue, a multinational corporate transaction, or an emerging threat to their reputation, they need clear thinkers who can advise on the best solutions, fast thinkers when speed is of the essence and agile thinkers who can produce a fresh approach to get the job done. That's why they choose us.

Our clients value our in-depth knowledge, technical excellence and diversity of disciplines. But what really binds our long-standing relationships with them is our approach: pragmatic, plain speaking and always steadfast in our values, which we hold dear. Values which mean we gain our clients' trust, always strive to do the right thing, and aim for the best results for them.

Sustainability

The firm is firmly committed to Responsible Business and one of its core strands is the reduction of our emissions. We have partnered with Planet Mark since 2018, and they have helped us measure and reduce our carbon footprint annually. We have achieved the Planet Mark certification five years running with our most recent certification for the year ending 30 April 2023. We are currently working with Planet Mark to measure our Scope 3 emissions and design and implement a Net Zero programme for the firm.

The firm also has a long history of fundraising for a number of charities. This fundraising takes many forms from bake offs, a Christmas raffle and auction and participating in wider events such as the London Legal Walk.

For many years we have provided Christmas hampers to the residents of our local St Mungos shelter and we regularly decorate the shelter for residents in time for their Christmas festivities. The firm works with the Beanstalk reading scheme and sends volunteers into a local school to help children improve their literacy skills.

Recently the firm has partnered with Neighbourly, a fantastic platform to connect us with a huge variety of charities and enterprises. We are excited to watch our volunteering impact grow.
