Stage 1 - Application Process
You’ll need to walk us through your education background, degree level and eligibility in a short application form. You’ll also need to attach your CV and covering letter — very helpful for learning more about you. We’ll then review and be in touch ASAP to let you know if you have been selected for the next stage.
Stage 2 - Online Testing
If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to complete an online test designed to measure some skills and attributes you’ll need to succeed in the role. We’ll give you further details and tips on what to expect and how best to prepare if you are invited to this stage in the process.
Stage 3 - Live Video Interview
This is your chance to showcase who you are, talk to a real person and tell us what makes you truly stand out. Our recruitment team will schedule and conduct a live video interview to discuss your skills, experiences and how you resonate with our values.
Stage 4 - Assessment Centre Feb-Mar 2022
If you are successful you’ll be invited to our immersive assessment day. We will provide more detail on what to expect & which dates are available. Bring your authentic self and show us who you really are. We want to meet the real you.
Stage 5 - Offer/Final Stage Feedback
Successful individuals will be selected after all assessment centres are complete. No matter the outcome, we will provide feedback at this stage to let you know how you have performed throughout the process.
