My time in China has been extremely rewarding. When I arrived, the culture shock was immense but I quickly settled into Chinese life, thanks to Gina and the GAC team. Tanya - Australia - Internship Program in Qingdao

My name is Tanya, a new graduate from Australia. My proficiency of Chinese before doing the program was almost non-existent. I chose to do the full internship package at Qingdao.

My finance internship was at a company called Lujinsuo of roughly 60 employees. The internship job duty included the typical financial jobs you would expect –prepare financial reports, provide financial advice, business analysis, marketing statistics collection, and revising some contracts, etc.

Nadia graduated from Beijing Normal University, specializing in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. After working in English First as administration manager, Nadia transferred to GAC. Now she is working with Go Abroad China logistics for program participants in Beijing and Shanghai. With over 5 years of experience in catering field for foreigners, Nadia will try to provide professional arrangement and service to GAC program participants.

Business Development Manager – Shlomo Freund

After years of work in several reputable software companies, like Octopace and Omnisys as engineer and CTO in Israel, Shlomo moved to China to study Chinese in Dalian University. Shlomo joined Go Abroad China in 2011 as business development advisor. Shlomo likes art and meditation.
