Grosvenor is an international organisation whose activities span urban property, food & agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives.

Who We Are

Hello, we’re Grosvenor.

We think our UK Property Business (GPUK) is a really special place to work. So, before we talk Business Analyst internship specifics, here’s a bit about who we are and what’s important to us.

We’re about creating great places , where communities, businesses and nature thrive. We’ve been making and managing neighbourhoods for over 300 years pioneering change and new ways of thinking about property. Our heartland is in London’s West End, and we also invest in neighbourhoods and buildings elsewhere in the UK.

We're part of something much bigger too. Grosvenor’s wider organisation spans urban property, food & agtech, rural estate management and support for philanthropic initiatives. And we’re united by a common goal: to deliver lasting commercial, social and environmental benefit.

We want you to be everything you are

We may have 340 years of history, but we’re firmly focused on the future. From progressive environmental action to being at the forefront of community engagement, new ideas and fresh perspectives really matter to us. And we want our people to bring everything they are to work.

So, what’s it like to work here?

Well, there’s plenty to talk about. It’s purposeful, whether that’s greening our places in clever ways or engaging meaningfully with local communities. It’s sociable, in our buzzing café and at our many events. It’s ambitious, which you’ll see in our transformational development projects and investment pipeline. It’s challenging, varied and supportive. We also enjoy a flexible work environment and, because it’s a family business, we like to think we’re a little less corporate too.

Application Process

Application is via our online application form only.

Your answers to the application questions are important as we will use these (rather than your CV) to determine which applicants will be invited to progress to the next stage of the interview process.

When answering the questions please consider the below:

  • Please ensure that you read the questions carefully and ensure that your answer addresses all parts of each question. Missing information may result in your application not being progressed.
  • Keep in mind the word limits specified
  • When completing the application form, please note that we are looking for evidence of your strengths, personal views and opinions. Relying solely on AI tools for your application might mean that your unique qualities and experiences are overlooked. Generic answers may not provide enough evidence for your application to be progressed to the next stage
  • Please double check your answers before submitting - it will not be possible to amend your application or your answers once your application has been submitted

Successful candidates will be invited to an initial interview via telephone and the final stage of the process will be an in-person interview at our central London offices. In-person interviews will take place on Wednesday 26th March 2025.

Sustainability

We have a long tradition of pioneering new ways of thinking about property, innovating to meet the changing needs and demands of our customers and society.

Being privately owned we’re also able to think long term. And we’re proud to be delivering against some of the industry’s most stretching environmental targets and an approach to social impact that focuses on improving real life outcomes for the many communities who rely on our places: businesses, residents, workers and visitors as well as our employees and supply chain.

Our commitments provide a framework to ensure that every decision we make – about a prospective development, investment or the day-to-day management of a neighbourhood – considers how we can maximise the environmental and social impact that it can have.

We call this approach People. Planet. Positive.

People. Planet. Positive.
