We are looking for outstanding applicants who can demonstrate:

• GCSE Maths and English Grade B (Grade 6)
• 112 UCAS points (actual/predicted) – equivalent BBC at A Level
• Graduate Apprenticeship/Placements only – 2:1 Degree in any subject (actual/predicted)
• A genuine interest in accountancy and finance

Recruitment for Placement Students and Graduates begins in October and concludes when all positions have been filled. Applicants undertake a video pre-screen interview followed by online psychometric testing. Following a successful outcome at both, applicants are invited to an assessment centre. Our assessment centres include group tasks, a presentation and interview.

Alongside an impressive benefits package which includes profit share and paid flexitime for hours worked above the standard, we also have an active social committee which arranges fully funded events throughout the year. Some of our highlights recently have included a summer party at Cheltenham lido, staff conference at the Cheltenham Jazz festival, total Wipeout Course, outdoor cinema nights and an unforgettable Christmas party.
