Horizon Facades Ltd is a specialist facade contractor delivering cladding remediation and external wall system works on residential, commercial and hotel buildings across England. We take buildings with unsafe or non-compliant external walls and make them safe: investigating the existing construction, designing the replacement wall build-up, pricing and winning the work, and delivering it on site, often with residents in occupation throughout. Our projects range from central London remediation schemes to multi-storey buildings in Liverpool, Gateshead and Salford.

The Building Safety Act has created a multi-year national programme of remediation, and demand for people who understand how external walls are priced, detailed and built far outstrips supply. It is a sector where a graduate can build genuine expertise quickly.

We are a small, growing business and we work accordingly. You deal directly with the directors rather than through layers of management, you are involved in live tenders and projects from your first week, and training is hands-on and personal. We support staff towards chartered membership of RICS, CIAT, CIOB or ARB, and we work hybrid, with some days each week in our London office and regular site visits.

We value people who are numerate, careful with detail, curious about how buildings actually go together, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a small team. We would rather teach you the technical skills than have you arrive already knowing everything.

We typically recruit graduates in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying into estimating and technical design roles.
