Recruitment Process

1. Submit a CV and covering letter

Information on how to apply for the 2022 Graduate Fellowship Scheme will be posted during November 2021

2. Take part in a recorded video assessment

All shortlisted applicants are invites to take part in a video assessment, recorded in your own time. Help us to get to know you better, and explain what makes you a great fit for Informa and the scheme

3. Attend an assessment centre day

Learn more about Informa and show your talents and strength at a assessment centre day. As well as taking part in a series of tasks, this is your chance to get a sense of the business and ask any questions

4. Interview with a senior leader

The final stage of the process is a video interview with a senior representative of the business. You will take part in a short discussion and talk about your motivations for the role you've applied for

5. Success: Graduate Fellowship place confirmed

Successful graduate applicants are chosen and informed of their place on the Informa Graduate Fellowship Scheme, along with a start date
