No prior experience in care is required—what truly matters is your empathy, resilience, and a positive mindset. At Innovate Care Group, we believe in empowering our Healthcare Assistants with comprehensive training. Our training programme begins with e-learning modules on important topics such as safeguarding and person-centred care. You’ll then receive face-to-face clinical training, where you’ll develop essential skills like tracheostomy care and specialised medication administration, for example, Buccal Midazolam. In addition, we provide shadow shifts and bespoke competency sessions that will ensure you're fully supported as you gain confidence in delivering expert, compassionate care.
