4. Interview Currently, all interviews are being conducted digitally. They may be: Pre-recorded, where you record your answers to questions we send (you can review and re-record your answers twice before submitting, and submissions are usually around 10 minutes in length); or Live video interview, which is like a traditional interview, but experienced online. It can take between 30 minutes and one hour.
