Kajonkietsuksa School is the first Bilingual School in Phuket, Thailand, with 70 years of education provider experience.

Our Kajonkiet School Group is comprising of a total of our 12 branches located around Phuket and Phang-Nga province. Excluding an international program, we have 8 branches including 5 schools and 3 nursery branches. The biggest branch is Kajonkietsuksa school where we offer 3 different levels in Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary Department. The other 4 schools are Kajonkiet Pattana School, Kajonkiet Thalang School, Kajonkiet Cherngtalay School, and Kajonkiet Khokkloy School. With the 3 nursery branches, they are Baan Kajonkiet Nursery Pasak, Saiyuan, and Pakhlok.

We position ourselves as a Private Bilingual School and we follow a Thai National Curriculum with 2 semesters. Furthermore, there are 3 programs offered to the students including English Program (EP), English Special Class Program (ESC), and Thai Program.

Around the beginning of a year, it is always time for our Recruitment Season. In the new School Academic Year 2024-2025, there are various full-time teaching positions at our 8 different branches. The school academic year will officially begin in May 2024, but the successful new hires are expected to start on April 25, 2024, in order to join an inclusive HR Onboarding Program and a Professional Development Week.

We offer a locally-competitive salary package based on an individual qualification for 12 months paid contract and range of the base salary starts from 40,000 - 60,000 Thai Baht Per month. The more teaching experiences you hold, the higher base salary you get. However, you have to pass a verification procedure and submit formal reference(s) or certificate of employment(s).

Additionally, the Homeroom position provides potential incomes from a homeroom allowance and extra English lessons (solely depending on a number of enrolled students).

Our benefits package will be extensively provided including: Health and Accidental insurance, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund (optional), Approximately 15-25 paid holidays upon completion of a year's contract, Public Holidays & Annual paid leave for Christmas and New Year’s Day, a comprehensive Professional Development Program and ongoing support as a teacher, Free lunch meal, School uniforms, free housing stay on a temporary basis, and Working visa (Non-Immigrant B), work permit, and teacher's license support/guidance.

8. Video introduction (1-2 minutes length)

Upon an application submission, it will take approximately 3-5 working days to review and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly to attend a preliminary screening process to answer a set of questions.

Then, if you become successful and our expectations are perfectly matched, you will be cordially invited to attend a Zoom interview to discuss more details. For some positions, the 2 interview rounds may be required in order to evaluate in-depth knowledge, and hard & soft skills.

To make the final decision after all interviews, it will take approximately 1-2 days and only the successful candidates will receive a formal offer letter via email directly.

We primarily promote on both of Collaborative Meetings & External Workshop/Meetings by facilitator(s) outside of the school. Before a new school academic year and after a semester break, we offer a Professional Development Week across our Kajonkiet branches. To facilitate this, we allow the teachers to sit down with the team to discuss their insight needs and we will support them subsequently.
