We pay all the costs towards your professional exams. This includes training courses, manuals, textbooks and examination fees for first sitting. Whilst you are studying for your professional qualification, you will be provided with paid study leave to attend courses and exams, and we pay for your training manuals and textbooks for the first sitting, this is in addition to your 23.5 days annual holiday.

Our recruitment process
- Submit you application - Fill out the application form for the role you’re interested in to share your academic background, interests, and experience, helping us get to know you better
- Online testing - If your application is successful, you will be invited to participate in testing– a chance to show us your skills in action!
- Online Interview - After advancing past the testing stage, you’ll receive an invitation to engage in a conversation with our Talent Acquisition team via MS Teams. Rest assured, you’ll be speaking with a real person so bring your authentic self!
- Final Stage - Congrats on making it to the final stage! Depending on the role, you’ll either join us at an assessment centre – immersing yourself in our office environment, connecting with current trainees, and engaging in exciting tasks and interviews – or come in for a face-to-face interview at our office to showcase your potential in person.
Personal development
At Menzies, we have a dedicated team of Learning and Development professionals within the HR Team who oversee our development programmes. Our knowledgeable team can guide you to find internal or external training provision or coaching to suit your needs and interests. They focus on creating learning solutions that enable Menzies colleagues to achieve their best.
We also provide comprehensive induction and onboarding events. These ensure that new joiners assimilate into our organisation by being equipped with vital information and resources to enable them to integrate into their work environment.
