Application process

As you move through our five-step assessment process, we’ll be looking for more than just technical skills. We want to see how you align with our STAR values: Service, Teamwork, Attitude, and Relationships —values that drive our success and create a welcoming, supportive environment where careers thrive and achievements are celebrated.

Our assessment process is designed to help us discover the unique qualities that make you a great fit for our people-first culture. It’s not just about getting the job — it’s about finding the right fit for you, us, and everything in between! It’s more than a job, it’s a journey with purpose.

Step 1: Apply online

The first step? Applying online! This is your chance to shine. Make sure your CV is up to date and you have found the right pathway for you.

Step 2: Numerical & Verbal Assessment

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll complete a numerical reasoning and verbal communication assessment. It’s your time to show us how you break things down and express ideas clearly.

Step 3: The Assessment Centre

At the Assessment Centre, you’ll get to showcase your skills with group exercises, presentations, and individual tasks. It’s your chance to demonstrate your teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios.

Step 4: Interview

This is where we really get to know the real you. Beyond qualifications, we’ll dive into your motivations, strengths, and personal experiences. We want to see if you’re a good fit for our team and values.

Step 5: Offer Accepted, Induction, and Welcome to the Team!

Congratulations! If you’re offered the role, you’ll join our amazing team. Our induction programme is designed to ensure you feel welcomed, supported, and ready to hit the ground running as you start your journey with us.
