Application Process
Our application process typically consists of four stages, aimed at helping us get to know you better while also providing you with an insight into life at Ocado.
Online Application - an initial screening process
Online Tests - a variety of online tests to measure cognitive abilities, attitudes, personality and knowledge. For the Software Engineering scheme, coding ability is also assessed.
Video Interview - assesses motivations and suitability to work for Ocado Group
Assessment Centre - This may involve group activities, presentations and a 1-2-1 interview
