What does COVID-19 mean for our graduate recruitment?

With a huge shift of demand to online grocery shopping, the demand for services like Ocado’s are on the rise - and we need even more talented people to drive this. Our graduate programme has increased from 74 in 2020 to 100 this intake. We expect to take on around 110 graduates in 2022 - and there are no signs of slowing down.

Our recruitment and onboarding process is now 100% virtual. Our recruitment process consists of 2 online stages - a psychometric test and a video interview - before a final stage virtual assessment centre.

If successful, before you start with us we will invite you into the office so you can get a feel of the Ocado Group. We will also be running lots of virtual events so you can get to know the rest of your cohort and gain further insights to “life at Ocado”. Then, as it stands, we will ship all the equipment you need to be able to work from home, directly to your door ready for your first day.
