About Offploy
Offploy is a social enterprise working at the intersection of criminal justice, employment, and community - partnering with commissioners, employers, and frontline services to reduce reoffending by tackling one of its most stubborn root causes: the inability to find work after leaving the criminal justice system.
Everything we do is built on the belief that employment is one of the most powerful tools for reducing reoffending -and that people with convictions deserve access to it.
About the Development Team
The Development Team is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing the statutory contracts that allow Offploy to grow its reach and deepen its impact. We manage the full bid lifecycle - from horizon-scanning and opportunity assessment through to writing, submitting, and reviewing tender responses across a range of commissioners and procurement frameworks.
We work closely with operations to ensure our bids are grounded in what we actually deliver, and with senior leadership to make sure our pipeline aligns with Offploy's strategic direction. It's a small team doing significant work: the contracts we win are directly what funds the frontline.
