Culture

Our reputation as leading advisors in project finance hinges on the quality of our people – or OPeople as we like to call them! Our culture is inclusive, friendly, and collaborative.

You will often find the team doing a quiz or puzzle together over lunch, socialising after work over a drink and/or board game, or participating in our regular social activities. Whether you love bake-off or football, there will be colleagues who love that too.

Friendships endure and former employees keep in touch and often return when there is a promotion to celebrate.

Benefits and Perks

We have a comprehensive range of benefits designed to look after your well-being, including health insurance, a pension scheme, flexible holidays and flexible home working arrangements.

Breakfast is available in the office each day, and we have regular company lunches, not to mention cakes for every kind of anniversary/celebration!

We also have a designated social committee that regularly schedules activities such as escape rooms, cocktail-making classes and attending sports games.

At Operis we want everyone on our team to have a fulfilling career and reach their full potential at work. We encourage our people to pursue their passions and growth at Operis is limitless.

We are committed to our employees’ development and provide lots of opportunities to take part in internal and external training, workshops and other activities, including study for professional qualifications.
