You’ll join our structured 12‑Month Training Academy, designed to take you from graduate to high‑performing consultant.

In your first three months, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, sales, qualification and desk strategy through our intensive Phaidon Academy. Between months four and six, you’ll build core commercial skills, strengthen client and candidate relationships, and develop your personal brand. As you progress into months seven to nine, you’ll refine your interviewing, debriefing and account‑management capabilities while receiving regular recognition and coaching. In your final quarter, you’ll focus on scaling performance through advanced BD and relationship‑building, graduating into our Experienced Sales pathway with the confidence and resilience to succeed.

Successful applicants are invited to complete our AI interview which will be assessed by our TA team after receiving it. Upon passing the assessment, applicants will have an initial interview with our talent team and then be invited into our London office for a final assessment.
