On Purpose is a social enterprise founded in London in 2010 by Tom Rippin, with subsequent expansions to Paris in 2015 and Berlin in 2016. The organization is dedicated to developing leaders who can drive transformative change towards an economy that serves everyone and operates within the planet's boundaries.

The organization collaborates with a wide range of partners, including social enterprises, non-profits, and socially responsible businesses, to provide placements and training opportunities for its Associates.

On Purpose offers a year-long Associate Programme designed for individuals seeking to transition into purpose-driven careers. The program includes two paid work placements, weekly training sessions, and regular one-on-one coaching and mentoring. Associates gain hands-on experience in purpose-driven organizations, developing the skills and networks necessary to lead change effectively.
