Recruitment process

There are four stages to our recruitment process, and we will keep you informed at each stage of the process:

Stage 1: Complete the online application form. You'll need to upload a recent copy of your resume, academic transcript and evidence of your current British citizenship/right to work in the UK

Stage 2: Online Assessment. If eligible for the programme, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment and record a video response to some questions which will give us insight into you and your motivations for applying to the programme.

Stage 3: Virtual Assessment Centre. Our Assessment Centres will be held virtually where you will get the opportunity to connect with some of our current graduates. You will take part in a couple of group activities, along with a short interview to ensure we can get to know you through a range of settings and more importantly, you can get to know us!

Stage 4: Offer. If successful, HR will call you shortly after the virtual Assessment Centre to make you an employment offer.
