Our recruitment process

We offer paid 12 months industrial placements and 3 months summer placements.

Our student-oriented recruitment process aims to match your areas of interest, experience and your learning needs with what we can offer and assure there’s a mutually beneficial fit.

The application process is straightforward:

• Apply now through the R&S careers website and include:
  • Your CV – tell us about your academic, professional and personal achievements.
  • Cover letter – let us in a few short sentences know why you are interested in an industrial placement in R&S.
• We will review your submission. Successful candidates will be invited to our Fleet office for a face-to-face technical and competency interview, which also gives you an opportunity to see how we work and meet the team.
• If there is a mutual fit, we will make you an offer.
