Recruitment Process

CV Review: Following the submission of your application, we conduct an initial review of CVs to assess experience and qualifications.

Interview Process: Within two weeks of CV review, selected candidates will be invited to participate in a two-stage interview. These interviews are conducted via Zoom or Phone, allowing us to get to know the candidate, discuss your aspirations, and assess fit with our company culture and values.

Assessment Period: Successful interview candidates are invited to participate in an assessment period, typically lasting 1-2 weeks. During this time, you’ll engage in practical tasks relevant to your role, providing both candidate and us with a deeper understanding of the fit. Please note that this assessment period is paid.

Offer and Start Date: Upon successful completion of the assessment period, successful candidates will receive an offer letter. We work closely with new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process, with a start date communicated to successful candidate.
