At Telent, we need to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers’, so we adopt an agile working approach, with a blend of office based, home working and some site-based activity.

Every year we offer a graduate scheme in project management and engineering. Our graduate opportunities are rotational programmes, allowing you to learn about our vast business from experts whilst carrying out real work on real projects.

Our recruitment process

The first stage of our recruitment process is an online application. Applicants need to submit their CV through the Telent website. Their application is then processed by a member of the Telent Acquisition Team.

The second stage is an online assessment. Candidates will be given a week to complete the assessment after the assessment has been arranged for them. The assessment shouldn't take any longer than half an hour.

The third stage is a video interview. Applicants will be asked a series of questions and will be given time to prepare their answer before recording their answer.
