Perks of working at Thales UK
In the majority of our business areas (with the exception of manufacturing) we work a 37-hour week and have a short day on a Friday working only 5 hours, which means an early finish and time back for you to spend how you choose
Within Manufacturing and shift rotations we work a 4-day week with means we can offer a 3-day weekend
We offer Health Insurance to all employees. (The level does vary depending on Salary banding)
We offer all of our employees 24 hours annually to volunteer, or 80 hours for those in the first two years of our early careers programmes. This provides them the opportunity to give something back to the community in which we live in

Learning & development
As a learning organisation, we continually create opportunities for our people to learn. We make sure that technology gives them the control and freedom to consume learning how and when they want to.
We leverage the 70:20:10 theory to ensure that learning is easy to access, develop, deliver and receive whether it be on the job, via coaching and support from line managers or through a more formal offer.
