Your early career at Third Bridge
Most early careers journeys at Third Bridge begin in one of our Client Services teams.
As an Associate, you’ll help connect leading investors and consultancies with the experts who can answer their most important questions. You’ll work across industries, markets and regions, building a broad understanding of how businesses operate and how investment decisions are made.

What you’ll do
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll sit at the heart of our business.
You’ll work with clients to understand the insight they need, identify the right industry experts and help make valuable conversations happen. Every project is different, so you’ll be learning constantly — about new sectors, companies, markets and business challenges.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Manage client projects from brief to delivery
- Build an understanding of client needs and commercial priorities
- Identify and engage relevant industry experts
- Coordinate expert consultations and private meetings
- Work at pace across multiple projects and deadlines
- Develop confidence speaking with senior professionals across industries
- Learn how global investors, consultancies and businesses make decisions
- Collaborate with teams across Third Bridge’s global offices
You’ll be trusted early, supported closely and encouraged to take ownership as your confidence grows.

Our hiring process
Our application process is designed to uncover your potential — not just what’s on your CV.
We take an evidence-based approach to interviewing, focusing on your experiences, skills, motivation and ability to learn. We’re looking for curiosity, drive and a genuine interest in making an impact.
The process typically includes:
1. Apply online
Submit your CV and answer a few short questions.
2. Recruiter video screen
A 20–30 minute Google Meet conversation to explore your background, motivations and ambitions.
3. Onsite interview
Visit our London office, meet the team, complete a role-based exercise and learn more about our culture.
4. Final interview
A 20-minute conversation with a VP to reflect on the process and ask any final questions.
