We help private equity firms, hedge funds, strategy consultants, and investment managers understand the forces shaping industries and businesses — by connecting them directly with subject-matter experts for one-to-one consultations and unfiltered insights.

By giving clients access to knowledge, they can’t get anywhere else, we empower better investment decisions across global markets. And behind it all is our growing team of 1,500+ employees, based in 12 offices across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia.

Your early career starts here

Most people begin their Third Bridge journey as an Associate in our Client Services team. From day one, you’ll be client-facing — helping some of the world’s most influential investors solve real business problems by connecting them to the most relevant experts in a matter of hours.

You’ll:

  • Work with hedge funds, private equity firms, strategy consultancies, and investment banks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and senior executives
  • Learn to work at pace, prioritise requests, and deliver value with confidence
  • Develop commercial and communication skills that will stay with you for life

And within three to four months, you’ll be leading your own client calls and driving real revenue. High performers typically move into leadership roles within two years, and many of our VPs started out in the same role.

We rarely hire senior leaders externally — we grow them from within.

The hiring process

  1. Apply online – Submit your CV and answer a few short questions
  2. Recruiter video screen – 20–30 minutes on Google Meet to explore your background and ambitions
  3. Onsite interview – In our London office: meet the team, tackle a role-based exercise, and learn about our culture
  4. Final interview – A 20-minute conversation with a VP to reflect and ask any final questions
