We help those investors understand companies and the issues they face. We build and share intelligence on key industry drivers and the latest sector trends. And we offer the kind of critical knowledge that’s regularly overlooked by conventional investment research, and which investors won’t find anywhere else on the planet.

Breaking the bias
We believe in creating a safe space so that everyone can be their true and authentic selves, and we can only do that through enabling psychological safety and removing biases. That’s why we deliver Breaking Bias training to everyone within their first nine months after joining us, and it includes a roundtable discussion where we can share our experiences and learnings.
Mentorship programmes
Our Women at Third Bridge Mentorship Programme is a great example - and it was a huge hit! 150 people formed our first cohort in 2022, including members of our leadership team. The programme is designed to nurture our female talent and help them achieve their career goals, through coaching, building networks and learning from one another.
Coffee roulette
Our Women at Third Bridge Mentorship Programme also host a quarterly coffee roulette initiative that matches colleagues from around the world, and invites them to meet virtually or in person. The idea is that everyone gets the opportunity to meet new colleagues and discuss a range of female-oriented conversation starters prepared by the group.
Recruitment Process
Application
- Submit your CV and answer a few short application questions, this part should take you no longer than 20 minutes. We'll then review and come back to you within a few days.
Recruiter Video Screen
- If we think you could be a good fit for the role, you'll speak to one of our Recruiters via Google Meet. On this call, we'll dive a little more into your background and ask you to bring your CV 'to life'. We'll then talk through the role, Third Bridge, the market in which we operate and link this to the alignment with your career aspirations. Lastly, we'll end with some competency-based interview questions. In total, this call will last 20-30 minutes.
Onsite Interview
- These take place in our London Office and are approx. 90 minutes in length. You'll get a chance to see the work location and meet with 2 senior members of the Third Bridge Team who will ask some more behavioural and motivational interview questions, followed by a practical exercise to give you a real insight into the day-to-day role of an Associate at Third Bridge.
Final Interview
- If you're successful at the onsite interview stage, we'll arrange a short call (lasting around 20 minutes) with one of our VPs. This is a final chance for you to ask any questions you may have and reflect on the recruitment process.
