Since our inception in 1970 Trailfinders have sent over 16 million clients off on their travels. Over the past 52 years we have built an industry leading reputation for helping our clients plan their dream trips and this is entirely down to the knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication of our people.

We now employ over 1100 people throughout our 44 travel centres in the UK and Ireland. As pioneers of tailormade travel we believe there is no substitute for one-on-one bespoke service. Our Travel Consultants have between them travelled to 96% of the world's countries and offer knowledge and service second to none in the industry.

Over 80% of our clients are either referred to us by word of mouth or have travelled with us before and we pride ourselves on an ability to exactly match the most appropriate travel products with the client's individual and unique needs, no matter how complex the requirements are, and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.

Recruitment process:

Application is online only via the online application form. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to do an online Mental Agility Test which can lead to a phone interview which can lead to a final formal interview at the local office.
