Unique Care Network Ltd is a supported living provider based in Smethwick, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities across the Black Country and West Midlands. We support people across more than 20 supported living homes, working with Local Authorities and NHS Black Country. Our team of over 130 support workers, team leaders and managers provides person-centred support built around each individual’s choices, goals and wellbeing. What we value
