Did you know?

In 2021 we launched our Licence to Hire training , which is available to all hiring managers, providing tools to be inclusive and mitigate bias throughout the recruitment process. The goal of the training is to attract, assess and hire the most qualified candidates from the broadest and most diverse talent pools, and it also provides practical guidance for both building and being part of an inclusive team. The training is available in 12 different languages and is also accessible to colleagues who use assistive technology and is compatible with a screen reader.

Application Advice

Our recruitment processes include video assessments, virtual interviews:

Step 1: Online application, including CV. If you have reasonable adjustments you’d like to make us aware of, please email our candidate helpdesk. This information will be used confidentially by the recruitment team, to support you through the process, and will not be used to assess your suitability for the role.

Step 2: Invitation to complete online assessment and a video interview. At this stage there are a number of technical adjustments that may be useful, including extra time, and being able to re-take recordings. It is possible to use a site reader with HireVue, if used with Chrome.

Step 3: Virtual assessment centre and interviews. Information previously shared about adjustments will be used to assist you at this stage.

Step 4: If successful, offer and onboarding.
