Interview Process


"The application process consisted of an application form, a telephone interview, a two week legal work placement and an interview on the final day of the work placement."

Following this I was offered a place on the vacation scheme, where I had to complete an article and have a final interview with a partner. It was a long process but everyone was friendly and approachable and it could even be enjoyable at times."

I feel that the process is similar to other law firms and that my experiences having worked as a paralegal for a year helped me during my interview as I had some good examples to talk about. The assessment centre was at our Sheffield office and consisted of a group exercise, instructions taking exercise and an interview."
