The firm is an FT Innovative Lawyers Award winner and is pioneering new ways of delivering legal services, through its Intelligent Delivery approach, which brings added efficiencies and value for clients. As a firm, AG continues to look at the changes to the profession and what this means for the lawyers of tomorrow, developing innovation initiatives to training and development. Wherever you are based, you'll also be part of the team from day one, getting first-hand experience of working with blue-chip clients within a supportive yet challenging environment, and benefit from a structured training programme designed with your future success in mind.
As a firm we aim to be a natural choice for talent; a true meritocracy where everyone is able to reach their full potential within a culture that embraces diversity and promotes equality, inclusion and mutual respect. We have created a high performance culture that is inclusive, supportive and where we expect the best of each other.
We have taken a proactive approach to diversifying our workforce and raising our profile within the black, asian and minority ethnic (BAME) community. Meeting students in this community plays an important part in our trainee recruitment. We recognise there are a lot of talented students and such events are a vital way for the firm to broaden its reach to these individuals
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion has been consistently recognised over the years and in the 2017/18 sector awards season, the AG Diversity Programme has achieved the following external recognition:
- Times Top 50 Employers for Women 2018
- UK Diversity Legal Awards 2017. AG won the 'Managing Diverse Talent' award and gained recognition for its innovative Returner Programme.
