Enterprise and the Management Undergraduate of the Year Award
We're searching UK universities to find the outstanding Management Undergraduate of the Year. If you’re passionate about leadership, thrive in customer-focused environments, and have a flexible, can-do attitude, this is your chance to shine.
To enter, you need to:
- Be an undergraduate student at a university in the UK
- Be interested in pursuing a career in management
- Be in your first or second year of a three-year course, or your first, second or third year of a four-year course at university
What makes an award winner?
We’re not looking for a ready-made manager or basing our decisions on which university you attend. What matters most is who you are – your drive, your potential and your competencies.
Throughout the selection process, the winner will demonstrate the attributes we value in our interns and graduates. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- If you want to strengthen your application, start by exploring who we are on social media. Follow us on Instagram at @enterprisemobility.careers.uk to discover employee stories, career tips, and insights into our culture. It’s a great way to deepen your understanding and show us you’ve done your research.
- A genuine interest in a career in management
- A results-driven mindset and a desire to make an impact
- Strong customer service and communications skills, demonstrated through experiences like part-time work, volunteering, or representing your university society or department
- The ability to reflect on your experiences – from internships and work experience to extracurricular activities – and explain what you’ve learned
- Examples of leadership or responsibility, where you’ve shown initiative and accountability
- A solid understanding of Enterprise Mobility – who we are and what we do.
What could you win?
Win a tailored summer placement with Enterprise Mobility! The lucky winner will get to design their own summer internship at Enterprise Mobility to suit their individual goals and interests, valuable networking opportunities and the chance to experience different aspects of the business.
