Graduate scheme
Build more than just your career
As a graduate building surveyor, we believe that you have what it takes to shape the future of the property industry. This means that you will be given real challenges and responsibility, right from the get-go. During your training you will develop much more than just the technical skills needed to thrive in your field. You will develop leadership qualities which will help you fast track your career.
Real opportunities, real responsibility
As a building surveying graduate, you’ll join us on a journey to become a professionally qualified surveyor with membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Not only will you be working alongside industry leading professionals, but you will also be allocated a dedicated supervisor and counsellor to assist you during your training as well as bespoke support from our APC training provider. We also run a global mentoring programme which graduates are encouraged to join and take advantage of.
You will work alongside our experienced and diverse team on projects across the UK and Europe to provide best in class advice to our clients, guiding them through the regulations, technical issues, and financial considerations that they will experience throughout the property lifecycle.
Our team includes experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Building Services Engineers who work closely with owners and occupiers to provide integrated solutions tailored to their requirements.

Our story
Our Canadian-born business was founded in 1978 and has become a global organisation that now spans 120 locations across 20 countries. Our expansion has been rapid, but what matters most is the common belief that drives all 5,000 of our people to be a different type of real estate organisation. In short, we are a global commercial real estate advisory firm with a simple aim: for real estate to play a leading role in creating vibrant buildings, cities and places that deliver long-lasting social value and economic impact.
