We are looking for an ambitious Graduate to join our growing Geospatial team in Northampton.

Our society is changing, as can be seen in news reports every day. Housing shortages, water shortages, climate change, biodiversity, energy supplies, renewable energy and the switch to electric cars from 2030 are all issues that our society is facing today. Our towns, cities and countryside have to adapt to the change, and you could be part of building the world we want to live in.

The team:

We capture and digitise the natural and built environment, with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Mobilised with the right equipment, software and services, our Geospatial surveyors collect, visualise and interpret geospatial data to help our clients Consult, Design, Build and Manage their, Assets and Data.

The team enables and supports Multisource Geospatial datasets from sources such as Survey data, Terrestrial and Mobile Laser Scanning, Drones, GIS and BIM related workflows to support client’s projects spatial data needs, in the following sectors:

Energy - Minerals & Waste – Regeneration – Telecommunications – Utilities – Transport

Geospatial / GIS - Property Asset management - Commercial

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an effective individual to become part of our team that delivers real change to people’s lives. You will deal with a wide range of property clients from local Councils and London Boroughs, Network Rail, DfT, TfL, Water companies, and Telecoms providers to homeowners, farmers, equestrian and agri businesses and small and multinational commercial businesses.

As part of our growing Geospatial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting this fast-paced property consultancy. On a daily basis, you will be involved in the full range of Geospatial support services including:

  • Land and Measured Building Surveys

  • Drone Surveys

  • 3D Modelling and Visualisation

  • Mapping and spatial analysis including site finding projects

  • Mapping application development

  • Spatial data engineering and integration

  • Remote sensing

You will take a keen role in the development and implementation of industry ‘best practice’ standards with access to the latest surveying, GIS platforms and the latest 2D and 3D data sets. We encourage you to be innovative, grow your skills and produce geospatial analysis that will help shape the world we live in.

We will support your ongoing professional development including Royal Geographical Society, RICS and we are an approved development partner with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors

What will it take to be successful?

Candidates applying to Geospatial will be from a variety of backgrounds. Ideally you will have a passion for geography and the built environment and how it interacts with the challenges we face within the modern world. We welcome applications from a variety of educational backgrounds and career paths, and we will support you to develop a broad understanding of how Geospatial fits into the property/real estate lifecycle from land registration/mapping to management to development to remediation and re use.

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend one of our graduate assessment centres on 26 November or 8 December 2025.
