Recruitment process

Applications for our 2022 Graduate and student placements will open beginning of October and must be completed online via our careers website.

For our graduates, applications will close mid-November (please check our website as graduate schemes can vary). If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our London HQ office, One Chapel Place. The assessment centre is a two way process allowing you to find out more about Carter Jonas as well as for us to find out about your experience and skillset. You will be asked to interview, present and take part in a case study or group exercise. This process will be subject to any new government guidelines that may come into place in the future.

Assessment centres will typically take place in December and January.

For student placements, lasting 12 months as part of a four year course, applications normally go live in November time with interviews taking place in the New Year. This is typically a one interview round process at the office in which the placement will take place in.
