We are looking for a Graduate for our Building Specialists Visualisation team, who has an adaptable approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We want you to enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your skills working for a diverse range of clients and projects.

A little bit more about your role and the team…

As a Graduate Visualisation Specialist, you’ll support our growing portfolio of projects in the UK and internationally. You’ll help create engaging, high-quality visual content that communicates complex designs and ideas in clear and inspiring ways.

You will be embedded in a multidisciplinary team and mentored by experienced professionals, gaining exposure to real-word challenges and innovative solutions. You will be part of a supportive team culture where you’ll receive mentoring and guidance as you develop your skills.

Digital Services

Digital Services lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM), information management and visualisation across Property and Buildings.

You’ll be joining the WSP Digital Services a group of Digital Transformation Leaders, Engineers, Information Managers, BIM Consultants, and Visualisation Specialists who deliver some of the world’s most exciting and complex projects. As a graduate, you’ll be supported to grow your expertise in cutting-edge visualisation and digital storytelling.

Day-to-day activities could include:

  • Producing 3D models, renders, and animations to support project delivery and client presentations.

  • Assist in developing immersive experiences using VR/AR tools.

  • Getting to grips with Game Engine based software development.

  • Support data storytelling through interactive dashboards, graphics, and visual reports.

  • Work with project teams to ensure visual outputs are accurate, consistent, and align with project objectives.

  • Learn how to integrate BIM, GIS and digital engineering data into compelling visualisations.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to bring designs to life for stakeholders.

  • Contribute to bids and proposals with creative visual content.

  • Receive mentoring and guidance as you develop both your technical and creative skills.

Graduate Development Programme

Our two-year Graduate Development programme is designed to support personal and professional development and growth through an engaging blended learning experience. The programmes include core business and professional skills training, career development workshops and resources, valuable networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration and a breadth of on-the-job experience.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate

  • You’ll have graduated or be working towards a relevant degree in visualisation, digital media, architecture, engineering or related field.

  • You'll be looking to start work in September 2026.

  • You’ll have an interest in 3D modelling, visualisation and digital storytelling.

  • You’ll be comfortable using learning tools such as 3ds Max, Bender, Unreal Engine, Unity, Rhino, Revit or similar.

  • You’ll have a curiosity about emerging technologies such as VR/AR and real-time rendering.

  • You’ll enjoy combining creativity with technical accuracy.

  • Candidates must complete the application form in full answering all specific questions. This requirement applies to all candidates, inclusive of their background. Successful completion of this stage is mandatory. Candidates who pass this initial stage, will then be required to complete an online skill enabler assessment. Both the application form and the skill enabler assessment are essential parts of the early career’s recruitment process.

  • You’ll have an interest in digital Engineering and BIM in the future of the built environment with an eagerness to learn and develop new skills in BIM coordination and digital project delivery.

  • You’ll have an understanding of engineering or construction design processes.

  • You’ll be curious about new technologies and how these can be applied to solve real world problems

  • You’ll want to inspire us, sharing new ideas you have
