Our International Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG's relationship with broker partners and clients across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.

About the AIG Early Career Programme

You will also have the opportunity to complete a relevant recognised qualification in Insurance, which will support you in your career in Client & Broker Engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Assist International Broker Directors with broker growth plans including preparation for and attendance at meetings, data analysis, and action tracking.
  • Develop client-facing experience through supporting client relationship management and new business activity.
  • Support the management and delivery of strategic new business initiatives.
  • Work with data, analytics, and CRM teams to understand performance metrics and available tools to provide insight to stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings; driving follow-up of key actions.
  • Build relationships with International CBE Leadership and work with local teams to support new business production and implementation of initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to the breadth of a global insurer including various product lines, regions, and cross-functional departments.
  • Support the International Head of Client & Broker Engagement with ad-hoc projects where required.
  • Own the International CBE Sharepoint site providing a platform for knowledge sharing across the business.
  • Build a strong internal and external network including key internal stakeholders across all regions and product lines.
  • Participate in training sessions, networking events, and mentoring opportunities.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
  • Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector.
  • Evidence of extra-curricular activities.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
